Our Role
Golden Resin Driveways reviews your enquiry and arranges for an independent resin bound specialist in Golden, CO and the Front Range Foothills to contact you with a quote and availability. We do not perform the installation work ourselves. All work is completed by independent local professionals.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your project when submitting an enquiry. You are responsible for verifying the credentials, insurance, and suitability of any specialist who contacts you. You enter into a direct contract with the specialist you choose, not with us.
No Guarantees
We carefully select specialists based on experience with steep-grade engineering and Front Range freeze-thaw cycles. However, we do not guarantee availability, pricing, project timelines, or specific outcomes. The specialist you hire is solely responsible for the quality and completion of the work.
Liability Limits
Our liability is limited to facilitating introductions. We are not liable for any disputes, delays, defects, or damages arising from work performed by independent specialists. Any claims must be directed to the specialist who completed the work.
Referral Fees
We may receive a referral fee from specialists when you hire them. This does not affect the price you pay. The fee supports our service and allows us to maintain quality standards when selecting professionals.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jefferson County, Colorado.
Changes to Terms
